Evacusafe are extremely proud to announce their latest achievement, having been awarded Civil Defence approval in Dubai for Evacusafe products.
Anyone who is familiar with dealing with the Middle East will understand what a monumental accomplishment this is, and how difficult this kind of approval is to obtain, due to the very strict testing procedures that are required. Obtaining the award is a very lengthy process. Evacusafe’s products have been put through a thorough, stringent testing program by Civil Defence specialists, which aim to analyse the quality and integrity of each product in order to determine its suitability for use in the country.
The main goal of Dubai Civil Defence is to make the UAE one of the world's safest countries, with the help of advanced technologies. The quality and safety of a wide range of products falls within this remit. This is a very prestigious award that hardly any other Evacuation Chair manufacturers have managed to achieve.
Evacusafe currently have two distribution offices based in the Middle East, one in Dubai and the other in Abu Dhabi. These local offices are run on behalf of Evacusafe by a local company called Hedgehog International LLC, who can supply you with Evacusafe’s products, no matter what the quantity. They can also take care of any product training or servicing and maintenance that you require.
Throughout the UAE Evacusafe have some very high esteemed clients and their evacuation chairs are used by Etihad Airways, the Burj Khalifa Tower (the world's tallest building), and The Rose Rayhaan (the world’s tallest hotel) to name but a few.
On receiving the award Paul Mitchell, Director of Evacusafe said, “We’re absolutely delighted to receive such celebrated award, which is renowned as being very difficult to achieve. Our team in the Middle East are doing a fantastic job and our operation just keeps growing. The integrity and build of our products are now official recognised throughout the UAE and we are very proud indeed.”
