Evacusafe UK was born from an evacuation chair training session with injured military personnel who felt their current solution was too uncomfortable and didn’t have the features to meet their particular special needs. That led to the design and manufacture of an Evacuation Chair with a footrest to secure legs with limited movement, padded arm supports to allow the occupier to rest their arms on and feel secure and a flat seat to provide a comfortable seating position when descending stairs and on level ground. It was an instant success and obvious that these features should be available to all those potential users of an Evacuation Chair.

Evacuation Chair Training Courses
Evacusafe offers fully certified RoSPA approved Evacuation Chair Training courses. We also offer training courses on other types of evacuation equipment such as Transit Chairs and Evacusliders, including Key Trainer courses and Basic Operator Training.
As well as providing onsite training, where our instructor visits you, we also offer some of our courses online.
